LEGAL & RESEARCH GOVERNANCE

Terms of Use

Core provisions governing analytical parameter review, computational model references, and user protocols across the CriteriaShift Atlas platform.

DOCUMENT: GOVERNANCE SPECIFICATION • VERSION: 2.4 • EFFECTIVE: OCTOBER 19, 2026
ACTIVE REVISION
OPERATIONAL AGREEMENT

Governing Principles for the CriteriaShift Atlas Research Environment

By visiting, accessing, or examining the datasets, parametric flow diagrams, criteria shifts, and observational logs provided on CriteriaShift Atlas (“the Atlas”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge and accept all terms, notices, and procedural criteria outlined in this agreement.

STATUS: Legally binding electronic agreement between user and research maintainers.
ARTICLE 01 / RESEARCH FOUNDATION

Analytical Purpose & Parametric Scope

CriteriaShift Atlas operates exclusively as an exploratory diagnostic and comparative research portal. The computational matrices, universe shifts, and parameter variance models presented across the portal examine how single metric alterations modify systemic screening sets.

All screen variations, historical universe attrition logs, metric weightings, and condition sensitivities serve descriptive methodological inquiry. No output or visual architecture constitutes market execution directives, tactical capital guidance, or transaction planning.

Core Axiom: All screening observations measure the mechanical consequence of conditional changes on discrete mathematical universes. They examine causal hypothesis experiments rather than predictive certainty.

ARTICLE 02 / REGULATORY CLASSIFICATION

Absence of Advisory or Brokerage Relationship

CriteriaShift Atlas is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, commodities intermediary, or asset custodian under any regulatory authority or regional jurisdiction. Transmission of information via this portal does not establish an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and the Atlas maintainers.

Nothing contained in our shift maps, research publications, condition analyses, or reference models should be construed as an endorsement, solicitation, or recommendation of any specific corporate security, portfolio asset, index derivative, or operational schedule.

Users retain sovereign responsibility for confirming historical datasets, formula mechanics, and analytical assumptions against primary regulatory filings before applying any logical derivations in independent research.

ARTICLE 03 / EMPIRICAL ACCURACY

Data Provenance, Asynchrony & Third-Party Feeds

Information and quantitative metrics displayed throughout CriteriaShift Atlas are derived from public disclosures, secondary distribution aggregators, and standardized market data tables. While we endeavor to ensure mathematical consistency across screening scripts, data sets may be subject to revision, transmission delays, reporting latency, or structural gaps.

We do not warrant or guarantee that any formula script, parameter threshold, universe boundary, or relational diagram is error-free, uninterrupted, or synchronized with real-time financial tape feeds.

  • Point-in-time restatements may cause retrospective variation in universe member counts.
  • Standardized financial ratios depend upon differing accounting classification rules across jurisdictions.
  • Metric definitions in third-party screening engines (e.g. TC2000) may employ proprietary smoothing.
ARTICLE 04 / PROPRIETARY ARCHITECTURE

Intellectual Property & Analytical Framework Rights

All proprietary visual formats, Criteria Shift Maps, attrition logic schemes, graphical coordinate maps, UI styling, and structural classifications are the intellectual property of CriteriaShift Atlas, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property standards.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review, cite, and reference these conceptual frameworks for personal research, academic study, and internal workflow benchmarking, subject to the inclusion of explicit attribution to CriteriaShift Atlas.

Reproduction, programmatic scraping, automated aggregation, or commercial mirroring of our screening databases without written consent is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 05 / SYSTEM ACCESS RULES

Permitted Conduct & Verification Obligations

Users accessing our analytical tools and research notes agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:

Acceptable Use

Engage in theoretical screening design, assumption stress-testing, hypothesis auditing, and educational inquiry.

Prohibited Actions

Attempting denial-of-service vectors, decompiling backend scripts, injecting malicious input, or bypassing system limits.

You warrant that you will not misrepresent the Atlas research as regulated advisory communications or reproduce screening output under third-party commercial brand names.

ARTICLE 06 / LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS

Delimitation of Liability & Disclaimers of Warranty

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CRITERIASHIFT ATLAS, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, AUTHORS, AND AFFILIATES PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR METHODOLOGY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SYSTEM AVAILABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRITERIASHIFT ATLAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY SCREENING MATRIX, PARAMETRIC VARIANCE, SOFTWARE ERROR, DATA LATENCY, OR INTERPRETIVE OMISSION.

Read our formal Disclaimer for complete procedural and risk disclosures.

ARTICLE 07 / ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

Periodic Amendments, Severability & Inquiries

We reserve the prerogative to revise these Terms of Use at any interval to align with technical modifications, updated empirical methods, or evolving legal frameworks. Continued inspection of the Atlas subsequent to published updates indicates affirmative consent to the adjusted provisions.

If any provision within this agreement is adjudged invalid, unenforceable, or void by a competent tribunal, that clause shall be severed without impairing the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.

Questions regarding parameter protocols or terms compliance may be routed via our support desk.
